After being initiated, every new member goes on a number of "sister dates" with the girls in the member class above them. Once everyone has gotten to know each other, new members are paired with their "Big Sister" and Big/Little week begins. New members receive baskets of gifts and surprise deliveries from their anonymous Big Sister. At the end of the week, Big Sisters reveal their identity to their littles in festive ways. Big/Little is not only a really fun week for all of our members, but it is also a great way for new members to get to know the older girls. Having a Big Sister on campus is like having a mentor and role model who is always there to support you.
